Since 2011, Dr. Pat has embarked on several missions across African countries like Burundi, Uganda, Gabon, Swaziland, Niger, as well as other parts of the world such as Indonesia and Albania. During these trips, she dedicates most of her time to mentoring medical students, emphasizing the importance of proficient local doctors to cater to the growing health demands of their communities. With nearly 43% of the African population being 15 years old or younger, the urgency in Africa alone cannot be understated.

Meanwhile, Fenton zeroes in on enhancing the infrastructure of medical establishments in the regions he visits. The success of doctors is intrinsically linked to the quality of the facilities where they serve.
